The building consists of 3 separate sections and each of them has 8 storeys. The underground level includes cellars and garages. The ground level includes large commercial premises. Each of them has its' own entrance as well as there is a different entrance to the living area. On the other 6 storeys there are apartments of different sizes and layouts. Each section has its' own elevator. 

The eastern side of the building is right nex to Krakov Str. which is one of the main streets in this town. Along Krakov Str. there are situated many busineses.

Each level is completed on a different level but until the end of 2008 all sections will be completely built.
