The village of Ribarica has a population of 1400 people and is the village with the most stunning views of all 13 villages in the area of Troyan.

The building itself is built for residential use. It has 3 entrances, 4 storeys and an attic floor with service area. There's a snack-bar on the ground floor. The ptoject includes parking a area which will serve the people living in the building.
Nearby there's a tarmac road which curves through a stunning passage of a beautiful forrest. Also nearby is the famous  "green residence".
